March 2-5: Ocean City Film Festival

The Ocean City Film Festival returns to the resort with receptions, panels and screenings, among other things. Tickets and schedules are available on the Ocean City Film Festival website.

March 10: Marc Roberge & Jon Lampley

March Roberge, front man of the alt-rock band O.A.R., and Jon Lampley will visit the Roland E. Powell Convention Center for one evening only. Doors open at 7 p.m., with the show starting at 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased throughthe convention center box office and website.

March 11: St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Delmarva Irish-American Club hosts the 2023 St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The festivities kick off at 11 a.m., with the parade beginning at noon. The parade route will run from 60th Street to 44th Street along Coastal Highway.

March 17-19: 38th Annual Home, Condo & Outdoor Show With Arts & Crafts

The 38th Annual Home, Condo & Outdoor Show will feature exhibitors displaying new products and services, as well as necessities for any home or condo. The show will also be held in conjunction with the Arts & Crafts Fair, featuring a wide assortment of creative and unique gifts made by craft vendors. The event will be held March 17-18, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and March 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tickets are $6 per adult and free for those ages 13 and under and those with a military, police and fire ID.

March 19: Blippi The Wonderful World Tour

Blippi The Wonderful World Tour will come to the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, with the show beginning at 2 p.m. Dance, sing and learn with Blippi and special guest Meekah as they discover what makes different cities unique and special.

March 21: R.E.S.P.E.C.T. -A Tribute To Aretha Franklin

The Ocean City Performing Arts Center will host R.E.S.P.E.C.T., a Tribute to Aretha Franklin, on March 21. A celebration to the queen of soul will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $65, $75 and $85.

March 29: Originals Only

The Art League of Ocean City will host its monthly Originals Only showcase from 7-9 p.m. Enjoy coffee and live performances by DomtheGonzo, Josh Quillen, Big Chap and Fraiser Fir. Event is free to attend.

Bethany Beach

March 11: Trail Day

Join Friends of Holts Landing State Park for its monthly Trail Day. Joincrews in sprucing up the trails. Coffee, donuts and tools are provided. The event is held from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Rehoboth Beach

March 15-19: Rehoboth Beach Jewish Film Festival

The Rehoboth Beach Film Society has partnered with the Seaside Jewish Community for the 8th annual Rehoboth Beach Jewish Film Festival, a five-day event featuring films on Jewish culture. Tickets are $12 per film and free for students with a valid ID. The festival will be held March 15-19 at the Cinema Art Theater in Lewes.

March 3: Historic Lewes First Fridays

The Lewes Historical Society will host its Historic Lewes First Fridays at the Sussex Tavern. Each month, the event will feature history interpreters “sharing ales and fascinating tales from the past.” First Fridays take place from 4-7 p.m.

March 10-11: Friends Of Lewes Public Library Biography & Antiquarian Book Sale

March 11: Health, Fitness & Leisure Expo

Delaware Resorts Expos will host the 5th Annual Health, Fitness & Leisure Expo at Cape Henlopen High School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature more than 80 vendors offering health, fitness and leisure products and services.

March 18: Coastal Concerts Presents Takacs Quartet

Held at Bethel United Methodist Church in Lewes, the Takacs Quartet will continue its North American Tour with a night of live performance. The concert will take place from 2-4 p.m.
